Sirly has more than a decade of experience in the PR and communications field, covering a diverse range of portfolios including technology, startups, capital markets, financial services, FMCG, luxury brands, property, sports, tourism, gaming, and entertainment sectors. She is also experienced in handling high level issues and crisis management, both for corporations and high level individuals.
Beyond her extensive experience, she has successfully overseen communication programs for several Initial Public Offerings (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), ranging from tech companies to the groundbreaking IPO of Bali United, Southeast Asia’s first football club to go public (IDX: BOLA).
Throughout her early career, Sirly has actively participated in startup and social entrepreneurship initiatives. She has collaborated with various tech and non-tech startups, as well as social enterprises, offering her strategic PR expertise to assist them in creating a significant impact.
Her areas of specialization include strategic communications, reputation management, media relations, digital PR, event and project management, community relations, stakeholder engagement, corporate and brand communications, public affairs, crisis communications management, and public speaking.
She currently serves as the Director of Public Relations at the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI) and is also involved in several organizations, including the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association Stocks and IPO Division (HIPMI Stocks & IPO) and Universitas Indonesia Alumni Association (ILUNI UI). Additionally, she has served as Chairwoman at Indonesia Young PR Professionals (PERHUMAS Muda).
